  22.           Peer-Hub concentrator complies  with the IEEE 10BASE-T  standards
  23.           of four  concentrators and  five segments per  network. It  will,
  24.           with the  addition of an  Artisoft AE-3 adapter board,  connect a
  25.           coax  segment  to  a  10BASE-T  network,  without  the  need  for
  26.           expensive additional bridging equipment.

  29.           the headaches out of network  management. Its software allows the
  30.           host  PC  to view  the status  of  all ports  and to  activate or
  31.           disable  each port  individually. Alarms  and  audit trails  come
  32.           standard with  the Peer-Hub  concentrator's software,  so if  the
  33.           status of a port changes, the software sounds an alarm. Or status
  34.           changes can be audited to disk for later review. And with  remote
  35.           access software, such as The Network Eye  from Artisoft, Peer-Hub
  36.           concentrators can even be controlled from non-host PCs.

  42.           and wiring location, and whether that port is active or not.
